CONTRACT BETWEEN SHANGHAI DONG FANG RADIO
AND WINDOW COMMUNICATIONS UK Ltd
After friendly discussions in Shanghai, DONG FANG RADIO (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and the British Window Communications Company (hereinafter referred to as Party B) have agreed to continue their successful co-operation
1) Party A agrees to continue to broadcast the HELLO FROM BRITAIN programme provided by Party B each week on 101.7FM Stereo and EACH programme will also be repeated.
The duration of each programme will be 55 minutes.
2) .Transmission times will be SUNDAY mornings from 10.00 until 11.00 with a repeat each WEDNESDAY evening from 22.00 until 23.00
3) Each programme will contain ONE MINUTE ADVERTISING for DHL - SINOTRANS who will also receive delivery credits at the beginning and end of each programme.
The price for each 30" DHL commercial broadcast will be US$ 100.00.
The programme will also contain commercials for whatever other advertisers Party B may find.
Party A agrees to allow Party B ONE extra 30" commercial in each programme at NO charge.
4) The START date of this contract is 1st January 1998 and the duration of the contract will be indefinite. Both sides will together agree their 1999 contract at the end of 1998.
5) Both parties agree that the primary purpose of the Hello From Britain programme is to promote friendship. The programme will also act as a promotion platform for our successful co-operation.
6) Both parties enter into this contract upon the basis of friendship, and mutual understanding and benefit. Both parties agree to the Notes which accompany this contract. If problems occur, both parties will resolve them through friendly discussion.
7) This contract has a Chinese and English version, both have equal legal rights.
